Jane Prophet
b 1964 (GB). Like many media artists, Prophet has a multidisciplinary background. Today she works primarily with video and digital media. In 1987 she obtained a MA in fine arts at the Sheffield Hallam University, and in electronic graphics at the Coventry University (GB); followed by postgraduate studies at the Warwick University (GB). She currently instructs media artists at the University of Westminster and also at the Slade School of Art/University College in London since 1998.
